Every generation poses different challenges. Millennials act very differently from Generation X, and the Boomers before them, when it comes to choosing and buying products and services. Over the last decade, marketers have been obsessed with capturing the elusive millennial market and turning them into brand loyal consumers. Now, we are turning our focus to Gen Z and how to communicate with them. This session will help you understand how the various generations make purchasing decisions, who their influencers are, and what messages create loyalty for each.
