Derailers are the behaviors that get in the way of being an effective leader.  We all have them!   Understanding our derailers and their impact on others is critical to being a strong leader. The goal is not to be perfect, but to recognize our derailers and work to neutralize their impacts so we can let our strengths lead.

In this interactive session, we will discuss some of the most common derailers in leadership, their impact on others and how to build self-awareness around your derailers so you can stop them from holding you back! 

About Kelly: For the last 20 years, Kelly has been working in large organizations to create environments that allow individuals to bring their best selves to work every day.  Kelly has managed teams and lived through the many challenges leaders face today including: unprecedented change, keeping employees engaged through downtimes, poor performance, team conflict, building bench strength and retaining high performers.

She draws from that insight and her many years of advising leaders on those very challenges to guide her current coaching and leadership practice at Ceallaigh Leadership Consulting, LLC.
