Leadership Skills Through the Lens of Improv
presented by
Scott Wojtanik, co-owner
Buffalo Comedy Collective
Explore how improv techniques can strengthen leadership, communication, and collaboration, especially across sales and marketing, by embracing flexibility, active listening, and learning from failure.
About Scott:
Scott Wojtanik is a former wholesale account executive and current co-owner of Buffalo Comedy Collective, LLC, a full service comedy production company in Buffalo. With a background in math, business, and theater, Scott began studying improv after college and has never stopped. Beyond the thrill of creating new scenes on stage, improv skills directly overlap with habits and traits of successful teams in any setting. As an improv facilitator, Scott encourages risk taking, rethinking failure, and working together in new ways, resulting in stronger team cohesion. Laughter is a happy byproduct of cohesion, focus, and active listening.
