About this session:
The ability to communicate effectively and compellingly, especially in a way that resonates with a diverse workforce, is invaluable. Storytelling can be a powerful tool for aligning teams and stakeholders around goals and values.

Our presenter will be Robert Durante, Ph. D.  Dr. Durante has 40 years of experience in teaching, facilitating, writing and mentoring. He is particularly adept in his current capacity as facilitator of WNY Executive Candidates, a high level networking group he founded in 2009 to serve upper level job seekers. Dr. Durante is an excellent communicator and a strong believer in the power of narrative. Equipped with an empathic attitude and able to build trust and collaboration with his group members, he empowers them to run successful job searches by coaching them to tell their own stories in persuasive ways.
