About this session:
As people step into more complex leadership roles it is natural to have imposter syndrome. While we all hold limiting beliefs to some extent, the problem occurs when these beliefs are leading our emotions, actions, and end results. We will dive into questioning what we currently believe about ourselves, and cultivate strategies we can leverage to build confidence and feel more empowered.
