Inclusive Leadership: Embedding Belongingness into Culture

The learning goals for this session include: 
•    Introduce leadership as a complex process that operates at the individual, group, and system level.  
•    Distinguish management from leadership and identify friction points between the two processes.  
•    Introduce concepts that help participants understand foundational principles of Inclusive Leadership. 
•    Explore multiple dimensions of Inclusive Leadership in facilitated break-out groups.

Cost: BNHRA Member - $25 | Non-Member - $30 | Student – Free

We will meet in the Yurtchuk Student Center, 2nd floor Social Room.  See the campus map HERE (Building 17 on the map).  The easiest and most accessible parking lots are B, D, and E.
