Kenyana David will talk about the value of connecting with your audience through email, some best practices for building relationships within your audience, and a few things to avoid ending the relationship on awkward or bad terms (e.g., "I never gave my permission to receive these emails, please report this as abuse" or "I no longer wish to receive these emails.")

BNSME will also offer two tours of Platters Chocolates located in the historic Wurlitzer building.  45-minute tours will be held at 4:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.
